What is the corkage fee all about?

At Territory Wine Market, we price our wine the same whether you’re taking it home or enjoying it here, rather than using a traditional restaurant model where bottles are marked up significantly for on-site service. Instead, we keep retail prices low and simply add a modest corkage fee if you choose to open the bottle with us. It helps cover our glassware, staffing, and service while still keeping things relaxed and accessible.

And keep in mind, one of our weekly specials is ‘No Corkage Monday’ where we by-pass the corkage fee on Monday from open to close!

Is Territory Kid Friendly?

We love kids — truly. But after 5pm, Territory is a 21+ space.

We’ve created this space as a calm, adult environment — a place to unwind, share good wine and cocktails, and enjoy conversation after the noise and hustle of the day.

For safety reasons, please note: our space is full of glassware, sharp corners, and breakable objects. It’s simply not designed with children in mind, and we’d like to avoid any accidents.

If you’re visiting with children before 5pm, please keep them close — and kindly leave strollers outside.

Can Territory Host Private Events?

We rent out our spaces (the Green Room, the Patio, the entire space) for private events — from book clubs and wedding receptions to holiday office parties and baby showers.
