OCTOBER’S THEME: French Country Wines

Think rustic, wild, and charming wines from regions like the Rhône Valley, Languedoc, and Provence. Anything from peppery Grenache and Syrah to aromatic Viognier, structured Côtes du Rhône blends, or crisp Provençal rosés would be appropriate to bring along!

Halloweenfest takes over downtown Brevard on Saturday, October 25 — a full day of costumes, live music, local vendors, and small-town chaos in the best way. Territory will be in the middle of it all, hosting the Brevard Bike Alliance’s Bike Valet for anyone rolling in on two wheels. We’ll also have a dunk-tank fundraiser happening out in the parking lot (details coming soon). Stop by, grab a drink to stay or for the social district, and join the fun — it’s one of Brevard’s best days of the year.

Join us Thursday, October 23 for Pumpkin Carving Night. Bring your own pumpkin — we’ll provide the tools, stencils, and tarps so you can carve in comfort. Sip, carve, and settle into the season with a little low-key Halloween energy.

Join us for an exclusive evening with Prince Felix zu Salm-Salm of Germany’s oldest family-owned winery, now in it’s 32nd generation.

He’ll guide us through several of his rieslings and other selections, share the story of his vineyards, and teach us the art behind their signature style.

Learn about Pinot Noir in all its shades and subtleties — join us for a guided tasting with Tom Leiner of Orsini Wines, who will walk us through five bottles that trace the textures and terrains of this endlessly fascinating grape. From the wild earth of Coeur de Terre (2024) to the polished depth of Raptor Ridge (2023), the fine-edged elegance of Brittan Estate (2022), the vineyard character of Goodfellow’s Durant (2022), and the layered complexity of Nicolas-Jay L’Ensemble (2023), we’ll explore the story each bottle tells. SEPTEMBER’S THEME: German & Austrian Wines

Step into the crisp, aromatic world of Germany and Austria! This month, we’re exploring wines that range from the elegant Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir) and earthy Zweigelt to the spicy, floral Gewürztraminer. Expect bright acidity, nuanced textures, and a tasting adventure that will challenge your palate.

We are so excited to host The Wagyu Wagon from Wag Valley Farm — serving up farm-to-table sliders, burgers made with their incredible wagyu beef, and more! Come hungry, leave happy.

Join us as we explore the incredible wines of Georgia, one of the world’s oldest winemaking regions. Guided by Noel Brocket of Georgian Wine House with Chris Thornbury of Rise Over Run, we will taste through a lineup of fascinating wines and dive into the history and traditions that make them so unique.

On Monday, September 15, join us for a special ticketed tasting with Courtney Ondrias from Tryon Distributing. We’ll explore and learn about a lineup of delicious German wines—from crisp, mineral-driven whites to expressive reds, and even some fun bubbles.
Your $25 ticket includes the guided class, a German-inspired charcuterie cup, and special discounts on the wines we’ll be tasting.

Saturday, September 13th in Brevard is packed — bike races, plein air painting, and a perfect excuse to raise a glass. Swing by Territory after the Assault on the Carolinas ride, during the Brevard Plein Air Festival, or simply because you love good wine.
We’ll be pouring Oregon wines from Grochau Cellars (winemaker is a cyclist!) in the Willamette Valley with Luke from Haw River Wine Merchant.
